Do you work with businesses that already have IT staff?
Often, yes. Co-managed IT is a large part of what we do — we take the tooling, monitoring, patching, and after-hours load off an internal team so they can focus on the work only they can do.
What are your support hours?
Our helpdesk is staffed monday–friday, 8:00am–8:00pm. Contract clients get 24x7x365 coverage for urgent issues, and monitoring runs around the clock regardless — so we usually know about a failure before anyone reports it.
Do we have to buy everything at once?
No. Most clients start with one thing — a security concern, a phone system that's failing, a network that keeps dropping — and expand once they know how we work. There's no requirement to bundle.
Can you make us HIPAA or PCI compliant?
No provider can. Compliance is a legal state your organization holds. What we can do is run the risk assessment, close the technical gaps, build the documentation, and keep you ready between audits — which is the part most organizations are missing.
How fast can you get on site?
We're at 318 N Main Street in Hendersonville, so most of Henderson and Buncombe County is a short drive. The majority of issues are resolved remotely within the hour, but when it needs hands, we come.
